Safe and cost-efficient inspection services
RMC UAS (drone) inspections are faster, safer and considerably more cost-efficient than using traditional methods.
By completely eliminating the need to work at height or hiring cherry pickers/scaffolding/cranes, we can perform aerial inspections of virtually any asset, site, building or structure from the safety of the ground and without the need to disrupt the workforce on site. Our highways UAS inspections completely remove the requirement for Traffic Management.
Our OSC permissions from the CAA allow our highly-skilled UAS pilots to operate in areas which are out-of-bounds to 99% of other UK UAS operators. Every aerial mission we undertake is covered under our £10,000,000 public liability insurance policy, which can be increased to £25,000,000 where required.
To date we have inspected residential and commercial buildings & roofs, tower blocks, highways, key and critical infrastructure, and sites with limited or no access using our fleet of state-of-the-art drones, saving hundreds of hours of manual labour and thousands of pounds in complex logistics.
With a range of drones, specialist reaching & access equipment and ultra high-definition cameras, RMC internal inspection services are safe and cost-efficient, delivering industry-leading photographic and video data to our clients.
All RMC site operatives are trained and accredited to industry-standard levels, and hold CSCS, confined spaces, working at height and safety critical medical certificates.
Using cutting-edge post-processing and photogrammetry software, RMC can create a 'digital-twin' of your assets and infrastructure, which can be inspected in astonishing detail from any computer, tablet or smartphone device.
Our water and underwater-based inspection services remove the need for divers to enter the water, completely eliminating any human risk in dangerous underwater environments such as flood damage, bridge and water tank inspections.
Our cutting-edge submersible drones can record exceptional quality 4K video and still images, allowing for detailed remote inspections from the safety of dry land.
RMC are available to survey internal and external water and under-water based assets, and can operate in all weather conditions. All water-based work is fully covered by our £10,000,000 public liability insurance policy, which can be increased to £25,000,000 where required.
Thermal imaging cameras have the ability to see what is often invisible to the human eye, such as detecting electrical faults, identifying damp and water ingress, pinpointing heat and steam leaks, and even for search and rescue in complete darkness.
RMC operate the very latest aerial thermal imaging cameras including the Zenmuse XT2, one of the highest definition thermal cameras on the market today, and which is used by surveyors and emergency services across the world.
Using the latest software tools available from world-leading thermal imaging manufacturers FLIR, RMC are able to produce exceptional quality thermal imaging reports which can be used across a variety of industries.
